More than a thousand times in front of a room

First talk at sixteen. Since then, more than a thousand engagements in front of audiences that often had nothing in common.

I gave my first talk at sixteen. Since then, more than a thousand talks, training sessions, workshops and public engagements — in front of boards, executive rooms, student groups, technical teams and citizen assemblies.

A good talk leaves the room with one thing they will do on Monday morning. That is the bar I hold myself to: every session ends with something concrete, never with a threat list designed to frighten.

What people recognise most is the ability to adapt the delivery without diluting the substance — in front of a municipal council of elected citizens as readily as a team of security architects.

01

What an attacker sees of your organisation

Leadership · General audience

A live reconstruction of the reconnaissance phase from public sources. The effect is immediate: the room sees what is already reachable without breaking anything.

02

AI is already inside. The question is where.

Leadership · IT teams

What automation genuinely saves, and the attack surface it creates. Prompt injection, context leakage, over-privileged agents.

03

Governing a non-profit without burning out

Boards · Non-profits

The line between governing and managing, bylaws nobody has revisited, and accountability that ends up dictating the mission.

04

Growth breaks structures

Entrepreneurs · Managers

Why companies rarely fail because of the idea, and what to put in place before growth exposes everything that was improvised.

05

Privacy law without a lawyer

SMBs · Non-profits · Municipalities

The real obligations, what exposes you most, and where to start with no legal department and no compliance budget.

06

Building a security culture that outlives the consultant

Leadership · Managers

How an organisation moves from compliance endured to a practice that holds without permanent external supervision.
